Why I am Teaching
Hello, Ali here!
I am very excited to continue and share what I have learned over the years designing, what I continue to learn, and build a community with like-minded creatives.
I have taught in several different capacities over the years, most notably teaching as a full-time instructor at a University very recently, creating courses in product design, architecture, and visual communication. I think every design needs to be created with intention, apply critical thinking, and understand the bigger picture and end use (and user). I think it is more important to learn how to think rather than any particular tool because technology and expectations are constantly shifting. It is not about “keeping up” but rather about resiliency & adaptation.
I plan to build this space to really just keep learning, sharing, and show how I make things and my own process. It may not be the “perfect way”; what is perfect anyway? I hope to help other creatives pick up a new tip or trick along the way, traveling down their own path and creative journey.
This is going to be a space of honest, authentic creative tips with my own perspective. I hope you decide to join the community and keep learning too!
